Where information is stored
We operate in Nova Scotia, Canada. Some tools we use (hosting, email, Google) may process information on servers outside Canada, including the United States. Those providers apply their own security and privacy safeguards.
How long we keep information
Quote-form details are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for normal business records. If you do not become a customer, we typically keep lead details for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires a longer period. Advertising and analytics data follows each provider’s retention settings.
Security
The quote form is submitted over HTTPS. We limit access to lead information to people who need it to respond to you. No website is perfectly secure. Please do not send credit-card numbers through the quote form.
Your privacy rights (Canada)
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete information we no longer need
